Paul Graham wrote that two years ago, just as the Miami tech scene was starting to band together. A couple of years later, we&#039;ve got a growing and innovative web, tech, and arts community; in other words, a creative class. Although a far cry from the Valley, of course, it won&#039;t be long before South Florida&#039;s wealthy start investing in the growing number of tech ventures.
